My name is Ewa Tomczak, and I’m a freelance English translator and linguistic consultant. I’ve been working in this field since 2017, combining my language expertise with hands-on experience across a wide range of sectors, including market research as well as media and entertainment. I take pride in tailoring content not only for linguistic accuracy, but also for cultural relevance and audience fit - ensuring effective communication that bridges human differences.

For years, I’ve specialized in translating market research materials such as reports, data presentations, transcripts from in-depth interviews and focus groups, surveys, questionnaires, and discussion guides. These cover virtually every topic - from agriculture and emerging technologies to social and health issues, and consumer goods. In addition to market research, a significant part of my work involves supporting companies with online content localization. I provide SEO-friendly translations of websites and e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, and essential legal documents such as terms of service and privacy policies.

With the rapid development of AI language models, my work increasingly includes tasks related to AI training. This involves linguistic validation of both written and audio content processed by clients’ algorithms, as well as crafting prompts for AI systems to improve their performance.

I hold a C2 Proficiency in English (CPE) certificate and a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wrocław. Drawing on my extensive experience and diverse educational background, I deliver customized language solutions that help my clients’ projects succeed - no matter the subject or complexity.
